AI Readiness Assessment

Before AI come the processes.

Artificial intelligence has become a priority for many companies. But introducing it without first understanding and structuring your processes often means automating inefficiencies that already exist.

Our principle

Technology doesn’t fix dysfunctional processes. It amplifies them.

That’s why our approach doesn’t start with tools, but with operational analysis. We map the flows, identify bottlenecks, measure performance, and only then assess where and how to introduce automation and AI.

When this step is done properly, the results can be concrete and measurable:

  • a significant reduction in operational errors
  • greater process efficiency
  • faster decision-making
  • better integration between systems

It’s not a technology test.
It’s a test of organizational maturity.

The AI Readiness Assessment has a clear purpose: to help you understand whether your company is truly ready to introduce AI strategically, sustainably and with a measurable return.

Because before AI come the processes.

AI Readiness Assessment: evaluate your company

    For each question: 0 = No · 1 = Partly / not structured · 2 = Yes, clear and documented

    1. Processes

Are the key processes mapped and kept up to date?

Are roles and responsibilities defined for every stage?

    Are the main bottlenecks documented?

Are activities standardized, or do they depend on specific individuals?

Are there written procedures that everyone shares?

    2. Measurement and control

Do we have reliable KPIs for the processes we want to optimize?

Do we know where recurring errors originate?

Do we track execution times and costs for each process?

Are there regular reports on operating results?

    3. Data and systems

Is the data structured and digitized?

Is the data easy to access?

Are the business systems integrated with each other (ERP, CRM…)?

    Is there clear data governance?

    4. Organization and culture

Is the team used to working with digital tools?

    Is there openness to change?

Is it clear who will be responsible for the AI project?

    Is any training planned?

    5. Strategy

Is the goal of introducing AI clear?

Are we solving a concrete problem?

Has the expected return on investment been estimated?
